  I received the wrong book in my original order but the seller was exceptionally helpful & promptly resolved the situation. Communication was excellent and the correct book was received 24 hours later. Return of the incorrect item was straightforward. The books were great value for money and condition was as described. I would definitely recommend this seller despite the error - we’re all human & mistakes do happen sometimes and customer service was excellent. Thank you 🙏🏻

  Item exactly as described - brand new. I cannot comment on the story as it was bought as a gift, the front cover is very attractive though and the pages are of a good quality. Great value and free postage offered. Package arrived on time and was well protected. No communication with seller as none needed. Very pleased with the overall service and I would happily recommend the seller - many thanks.

  Books arrived promptly and well packed, but they didn't match the picture (they were a mix of editions in two different sizes). They seller responded very quickly and we eventually settled on keeping the books with a small discount. Good seller, I'd definitely buy again.
