  Exceptional eBay seller. Pet proof screen wire was shipping via UPS. They delivered, but not to my address. I checked with the neighbors, and they did not receive it. Sent a note about the failed delivery to eBay who must have forwarded it to the seller. The seller immediately initiated a full refund even through it was not the seller’s (knivespot) fault. Hoped who received the screen wire would forward to me, but that has not happened. Really did NOT expect a refund. Thank you!

  Ordered from eBay, but came it came in an Amazon package so was a little confused. However great quality, condition is great as well. Looks great.   Thought I was buying from seller but then got a delivery from Amazon. Got ahold of seller and I got a reply but did not answer my questions. Sent another message and all I got back was something that made no sense. I will never ever buy from this seller again. All I wanted was honest truth.
