No communication from seller prior to or following the purchase regarding the situation despite initial questions and subsequent request for a genuine replacement. Not a recommended seller!!!

Suggest company use someone else they ha e shocking reviews!another week before received. Item was packaged very well lots of padding and protective to ensure no damage.

They created a tracking for this item twice and has not gone further then "information received" its been 3/4 of a month and nothing! The seller also has only replied to 1 out of 4 enquiries into this. Happy to change this review if rectified but for now, stay away as it appears to be a scam!
