Shipping and communication are both super fast. I did have an issue where I noticed tracking in one order hadn't updated in several days. Ended up being a shipping label issue and I suppose the seller wasn't called to check on it, so no blame on the seller. He quickly resolved the issue after I asked him about the shipping status and got it moving again.
