    Because my mail was displaced in my home–it did arrive in time estimated–only found this item yesterday. Plastic envelope with card backing for insignia, within outer envelope, insured no damage or dust. The item is exactly as described and shown on site pic. Great value for historic pieces and the seller is absolutely professional in all respects. Most highly recommended.
