    KIR were absolutely excellent. They supplied the boiler board quickly and at a good price. It so happened that the item was not needed after all, and it was returned to KIR in France. They handled the return and full refund as smoothly as they had dealt with the original purchase, communicating with me when necessary. I cannot recommend them too highly.

    Der Servomotor wurde extrem schnell geliefert – viel schneller als erwartet! Die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer war ausgezeichnet: immer freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hohe Bereitschaft zur Unterstützung bei allen Fragen. Der Motor ist bereits eingebaut und funktioniert einwandfrei. Er läuft stark, zuverlässig und wie beschrieben. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kauf und würde jederzeit wieder hier bestellen.

    Product as described by the seller. Unfortunately the package was not solid and arrived damaged, in bad condition (even the pipette's inner package was damaged). The pipette is not broken but i need to check with the functionality.
