  Klim shipped this very quickly and it arrived in great shape and as expected in a nice box/package. The item was not exactly as described; however, I reached out to Klim and they responded quickly and resolved the issue immediately!   Wrong size in description than actual item but with the price of the gloves being under $10 and free shipping. Not worth returning. Shipping both ways is about cost of item. Honest mistake by Klim. Without going into great depths. I see how the mistake way made. No worries.
