  Item was as listed. The model was shipped within 24 hours and was packaged well. USPS was behind on shipments and the seller contacted me letting me know it was running late but was expected in the next couple of days. This was purchased as a Christmas present and It was received well before Christmas. Great Ebayer!!

  Everything came as described and arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Everything packaged very good and safe for transporting glass. Had none broken. Shipping was high but expected with shipping 24 glass hurricane candle covers.

  Item arrived on time and was as described. It was also well packaged; had the seller not placed it in a sturdy carton, there would have been damage to the tent so thanks to the seller for the care. Would purchase from this seller again. However - and nothing to do with the seller - the FEDEX handling of the package left a lot to be desired. The top third of the box was damaged on one side and there was also damage on the other. Again, thanks to the seller for appropriately packing the tent.

  The box had some wear, but was just like it was described and showed in the pictures. It was nice that the seller checked the tracking and contacted me when the shipping was delayed due to Holiday season to made sure I received the item. I'm really happy with both the product and the seller.

  I have purchased many things on many different platforms, and this has been by far one of the best transactions. The seller is very friendly and kept me updated on arrival times and also the item had a technical issue and the seller went waaaayyyy above and beyond to make it right.
