The sender really went above and beyond to make sure it arrived in perfect condition. The package was professionally packed with great care and a thick layer of protective bubble wrap. This allowed me to receive my purchase undamaged and exactly as described. It is clear that this seller pays a lot of attention to the customer satisfaction.

  I would not purchase from this seller again. I placed an order for a laptop computer speaker, and I waited two weeks for delivery. I then received a message from the seller that it was not in stock. Was this an honest mistake or someone gaming the system? Hard to tell. If it was not in stock, why didn't the seller tell me immediately? I've decided to move on, but I hope other purchasers may have a better experience.
