  Cartridge arrived promptly, genuine product as described, as new at a competitive price. Unfortunately due to age of printer and software issues the cartridge would not install. Seller was quick to respond to queries on this and after a very satisfactory exchange of emails agreed to a full refund, which has been set in motion already.   The outer foil for the ink cartridge looks pristine and exactly as shown in the photo. The seller was very prompt in posting the item which arrived well packaged and amazingly in only 2 days via Royal Mail 2nd class (as quoted).
