    Very positive experience with this seller. There was a small production defect with the figure I bought. They were very helpful and understanding about it. They offered to send a new figure, but there was the same production mistake. They then gave me the choice to either return the figure or receive a partial refund. I chose the latter and everything was handled correctly and quickly. I can highly recommend this seller. :)
