    Had excellent communication with the seller when purchasing this stationary! I also asked if they knew where I could find the matching envelopes, and they were able to find them and add them to the shop so I could purchase them, too. Both the letterhead and the envelopes were shipped to me in one package, even though they technically were in two different orders. Super grateful because I couldn't find this stationary set anywhere in the US! Would definitely purchase from this seller again!

    Excellent Seller from Japan! It was packaged quick and shipped out quick.The item arrived in excellent condition, and it is brand new! I really like how these container cars really match my EH10.The overal quality for KATO is always supurb, so these container cars and caboose are no exception. Seller was communicative and easy to work with.

    Very positive experience with this seller. There was a small production defect with the figure I bought. They were very helpful and understanding about it. They offered to send a new figure, but there was the same production mistake. They then gave me the choice to either return the figure or receive a partial refund. I chose the latter and everything was handled correctly and quickly. I can highly recommend this seller. :)

    The Jessie doll arrived earlier than expected and just in time for my niece’s birthday! I’m really happy with both the doll and the overall experience. The seller was very friendly and accommodating, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The doll itself is absolutely wonderful—authentic and straight from Takara Tomy!
