  The item was described as 'new -open', however the box was in very poor condition (water damaged?). Fortunately the contents were fine so ultimately not a problem. Despatched promptly. Thanks

  Arrived this morning, well package, assured by seller that it was a display item, yet some handling marks on 3 of the discs. Waiting for new computer to arrive tomorrow 17th April 25, so cannot load it to check it is ok. I think it should be ok. Many thanks.

  The item received was faulty. I have used motor inverters for over thirty years. From many different manufacturers. This item had already been fitted somewhere. This was clearly visible from the terminals. When contacted the seller claimed it was a used 'display item'. This is not identified in the listing. A replacement was offered and posted. Again the item was faulty. And again the item appeared to have been opened. This was shipped back at my own cost. After 4 weeks still awaiting a refund.
