After I purchased the print, I was emailed quickly about the details and encouraged to ask questions, and whenever I had them, the seller was prompt to respond. Highly recommended seller. There were some mishaps that resulted in me getting the wrong item from what was originally purchased. Sent the wrong one back and was given a refund, then was offered a small discount and a free bottle of ink when repurchasing my original order. Pen arrived as described however the nib tine was too tight, a quick adjustment with shims fixed ink flow. I look forward to buying more pens from this seller in the future, thank you for your excellent handling of the issue.

This seller TOTALLY deserves his 100% positive reviews! The transaction went smoothly and within 24hrs I received an email from the seller with a tracking number, inviting me to write back if I had any questions. My order was placed on Saturday and I received it on the next Wednesday (from Japan to Canada!). Item is as described and was well packaged. I'll mention that it came in a "giftable" box that shows the ship which is appreciated as I feared it would be only bags! ;) Thanks again! :)

I'm pleased to have bought this pen from Kimura Store Japan. The seller communicated clearly through each step of the shipping process, and I received the pen in less than a week. It was very (very) well packaged. In my opinion, the pen is in a better state than described. It's basically new, which fully justifies the price. The seller also included a CON-40 converted which is a nice touch. Thank you!
