  We purchased a Whynter ice cream maker from this seller. When we received the item the top was broken and the side was dented . I contacted the seller and provided photos. Although the item was damaged during transport, the seller offered a partial refund . Seller was timely in responding to messages. I would happily do business with this seller again.

  I'm very happy with this purchase. The seller reached out to me after purchasing because it was missing an accessory and offered me a discount if I still wanted everything else, or alternatively a refund. I didn't care about the missing accessory so I appreciated the discount and transparency! The blender and other accessories were in a new, clean condition, and were packaged carefully. I recommend this vendor!
