  Card did not arrive, but they were lovely and contacted me back quick and couldn't say if another card sent out would get to me in time, so they refunded me all good

  Card never arrived. Seller doesn’t reply to messages and tracking provided not recognised by Royal Mail. Would recommend customers buy elsewhere. Now need to raise a case with eBay. Plus no time to get a card elsewhere and arrive in time. Very disappointing experience. Seems to be a common issue with this seller.

  ❌❌❌ AVOID THIS TOTALLY UNRELIABLE SELLER! I was completely let down as I placed my order on 27 December & a tracking number was showing on 29 December but then nothing more happened with the tracking & my item never arrived. I should have taken more notice of the existing bad feedback before placing my order as this seems to be a regular pattern with this seller. Ended up having to request a refund & no birthday card! Do yourself a favour & safe time by buying from someone else. AVOID!👎👎👎👎👎
