    I never received this postcard of Hugh Shelley, although UPS said it was delivered seven days ago on Monday, July 21, 2025. I notified the seller and was immediately refunded my entire payment, including the sales tax and shipping charge. I really appreciate the seller's response and this turned out to be an A+++ transaction despite my disappointment in not having received the postcard of Hugh Shelley. This is indeed an awesome seller.
