The near mint or better was incorrect the surface had a blemish in the holographic area. Not near mint or better. Note: I am not a professional grader but have been collecting long enough to see the blemish and the blemish is easily noted with the naked eye. Also the card was only in a top loader and in an envelope. Even at a less than 10$ price point, poor shipping practices to protect the card. Am I being picky, absolutely Near Mint or Better means near mint or better.

What is the mature thing to do here? Go run to ebay and leave a negative or neutral? Did you contact me at all? NO YOU DIDNT. I would gladly send you a REPLACEMENT. I have about 30,000 singles that I dont have time to list let alone the quanities of thr 1300+ items i have listed already. You paid $1 to ship and I ship 50-75 items a week like this and i dont have any issues. Would you prefer to buy the card and then pay $4+ for a padded envelope?
