Prompt & worked hard in all aspects of the transaction - giving me shipping options, packing the large, odd shaped washer transmission & getting it to the shipper. All done in less then 24 hours from my first message. The part received was exactly as described and just what I needed to fix my 35 year old Maytag. Excellent packaging. Overall a very good value for a very good transmission. I hope I can find another part I need to buy from this seller!

  Seller responded quickly after I purchased the item and helped me with double checking to be sure the part would fit my appliance. Excellent initiative and customer service! Fast shipping and part was packaged well, we installed it and it worked exactly as described. I wish shipping was cheaper but I understand...seller accepted my slightly lower offer which basically saved me shipping cost. Would recommend, great experience.

  This seller went over and beyond. I asked if the item would fit my model they took it upon themselves to call customer service several times. I was very impressed they took the time to go through so much trouble to get an answer for me. They packaged the glass plate so well. I do have to say, the pictures of the plate weren't that great (I almost didn't purchase it) the glass looked scratched, but when it arrived it was in great shape. I could not be happier. Great experience. Would use again!

  Great seller and product better than described like new and fits like a glove. Packaged well and arrived ahead of time.
