  Item has arrived, despite eBay stating its still in transit. Thank you for a very helpful seller when I failed to see the selection box when ordering and ordered the wrong item. The seller was a great communicator and offered compensation when it was my own fault so I offered to pay the full price without the offered discount. Would buy from this seller again. :-)

  K&F Concept Filters to me offer the best value for money, giving high quality for a reasonable price. Filter arrived in perfect condition in a well padded envelope within its own plastic container. Service was great, arrived on date stated. However since Amazon Logistics were the courier for this package, they delivered it to the wrong address and my neighbour kindly brought it round for me. Highly recommend K&F Concept for their filters and service. I would prefer the Royal Mail to deliver.

  Sadly, the lens adapters I ordered got lost in the post. They were sent very promptly, with Royal Mail tracking and click & collect. Tracking showed that the adapters had been delivered, but not to me. There was no confirmation email from eBay, nor collection code, a sign that I contacted K&F Concept Official a reply, arriving a few hours later, offered a full refund, While disappointed that the adapters didn't arrive, it was not the fault of K&F. Their customer services have been exemplary.

  I purchased another five of the 37mm ND filters from this super 5* seller, fast dispatch/delivery, well packed and all items arrived in perfect condition. Excellent value for money with multi-buy and an eBay promo discount, thank you. I am really impressed with the filters with their quality build, smooth action and overall good looking appearance.
