  I still haven't received the item but I must stress it was through no fault of the seller. In fact I have never encountered such brilliant customer service anywhere. Royal Mail let both of us down but the seller is a real gentleman and honest. He not only gave me a full refund but also told me to keep the item if and when it finally arrives. Ebay should be very proud and appreciative to have people like this seller using their services because of his apparent no hassle sales technique.
