  Excellent product, superb service. I can't say enough good things about this seller. Needing it for the wife's birthday the following Saturday, I ordered Sunday evening, hoping for the worst, but not even a Bank Holiday stopped it from arriving on the Friday! The glass is hefty and a sign of quality. The engraving is as tasteful as it is artful, and you could've played footie with the packaging, and the glass would still be unscathed!   Was very well bubble wrapped and packed with "fragile" tape wrapped around it, delivered early around Christmas time and had the exact message and names asked for on each glass (ordered one for each grandparent), definitely good quality and value for money, cant wait to wrap and gift this!
