  I am thrilled with these lovely holiday mugs! The seller was very accurate in describing them. The value was unbeatable. Phenomenally fabulous packaging! I so appreciate this attention to detail that insures a safe arrival. Zero complaints about the shipping. Not sure how the seller was able to ship the package to me for the amount being asked. Wow. Just wow!

  Delay in shipping and no communication via ebay but when I messaged them to check in on my purchase it was soon to ship and arrived well packaged with a nice note regarding family matters and reason for the delay. I think they are good for their sales but it just takes a bit longer than some folks would like. Thank you!

  This was an almost disaster for me as it was months before I got the shipment and no answer to two different emails, I was getting discouraged. When I did get the package, shipping and packing was wonderful and a note that there had been an emergency in the family and the person helping got behind and overwhelmed. Always keep in mind there may be a valid reason why you are not getting your package immediately. Hopefully everything is better.
