    Card came packaged nicely. Seller made it a point to make sure that my card was handled with the most care possible. They communicated with me the entire length of the transaction so I knew what was going on with it step by step. Would definitely buy from them again in the future!

    At first, I was disappointed with the poor communication. I wanted to cancel my order before it was sent, but I was refused and told to wait, get it, and send it back for a refund. I would be okay with that, but the seller didn’t explain that I would also have to pay taxes and duties, which amount to about 30% of the value. He would refund me, but it’s very difficult to reclaim taxes. I love the scarf, so I’m willing to forget this situation, but unfortunately, I won’t be buying from them again.

    I'm so happy with my order! Shipping was quick to Australia. It was packaged securely and photos were accurate. The price was lower than other stores and seller is an excellent at communication. Very happy and recommend supporting this store! :)

    Great seller!!! The item was packaged very securely and was exactly as described. Their communication was very good, which I really appreciated because the item was shipped internationally from Japan to USA.     Slow to initiate shipping (had to message just to make sure it was actually coming days after paying), but then it arrived quickly after being sent out. Card was exactly as described and well packaged, good price too. Would purchase from this seller again. Thank you.
