  ❌ Very disappointed with this seller. I received my damaged — the bottle was leaking and exploded in the package. I contacted the seller immediately and was told a replacement would be sent the next day. It’s been over two weeks now and NOTHING has arrived. No follow-up, no refund, no tracking, no communication. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid this seller if you expect basic responsibility.

  I ordered this product for hair straightening specially before my holiday because delivery date was shown as Saturday 13 or Monday 15 September. Today is 17/09 and the item still hasn’t arrived. Very poor service and disappointing experience.
