Packaging was excellent, delivered in a timely manner unfortunately due to human error the wrong model was posted. The seller apologised repeatedly and advised a suitable course of action to rectify this issue within 6 days. I am immensely impressed with the service and will definitely use again

Lots of careful postie-proof packaging and a couple of very useful colour charts I'd have asked for if I'd known about them, thoughtfully enclosed too. I bought a paint mixer and it works very well. A free hat thrown in too - but how fast did it arrive? Like LIGHTNING!! Next day delivery - Brilliant service, very competitive pricing too and I'll certainly be combing their website for other things. They deserve to do well: a 5 star seller!
