  amazingly quick and clear communication whenever i had questions to ask, super fast delivery and the product came exactly as described. even though its used, its still in extremely good condition.packaging was more than sufficient (i now have a small avalanche of bubble wrap haha) and the laptop was practically a steal. amazing value. literally no issues to speak of, i recommend this seller 110% to anyone who needs a cheap and good second hand laptop

I told him to pack it up securely and he actually did I thank him so much for doing that. the delivery was a bit slow but what else can I ask of a free delivery. I didn't even have to pay customs.
