    Doing business with Kathy was such a positive and kind experience. From ordering the product (communicated with her several times) and always VERY RESPONSIVE, to the shipment timeframe (extremely fast and I'm in the Caribbean), to even including a handwritten THANK YOU card in the package with my name on it.
