  The service by the seller was excellent and the product itself was great and in perfect condition. The price was spot on. It was exactly as described. The only downside was the delivery by the Post Office who took 10 days to deliver.

  Item arrived in good time but unfortunately it was switched on and the batteries were almost discharged. I advised the seller and suggested a partial refund. I was sent £0.75 for the 3 batteries which I felt wasn't really enough but seller sent apologies as well so seems to be a decent sort. I would use them again.

  Item is as described and illustrated apart from the resin being in a single 30ml bottle and not in 3 bottles as shown. The torch and resin arrived on time but when I opened the package the resin had leaked out all over the torch. I managed to clean the torch o/k but the resin was almost empty. When I contacted the seller I got a reply and apology within hours and a promise of a replacement bottle of resin which duly arrived a couple of days later. So I would definitely recommend the supplier.
