  Great seller! Condition just as described, wonderful quality and appearance and great value. Part of a multi-item buy which arrived in extremely damaged box. All was beautifully wrapped and protected on the inside by Kayla's legendary wrapping - which I believe saved the items. It's a shame boxes themselves are not sturdy enough. I'm afraid that eventually one of these boxes just won't make it. I have photos just can't get them attached here :( Am I the only one - maybe it's my postal svc.

  Absolutely love our added painted turtle shell to our collection. This item came well packaged with a lot of bubble wrap to keep it protected. Item was described as seen on the you tube channel.   I first saw the Santas while watching an episode of yours, and I simply had to have them. The packaging was excellent, the shipping was good, and the items were as described. Although I paid for them, the value was evident, making the price reasonable for the pair. This was my first order with you, and the experience was wonderful, so I anticipate ordering from you again in the future.

  My only negative comment is concerning communication. I messaged them twice with different questions. With absolutely no response at all. What a shame ....I'm a loyal watcher and this was my first purchase. I did bid on a couple of items as well. But quit bidding since I didn't get any response to messages. I received my item in perfect shape as described, shipped quickly and packaged well.
