  UPS delivered the package to the wrong address, and since you cannot talk to a live person at UPS, I don't know if I will ever get it. I don't know how ebay screwed up the address, but they sent it to my old address instead of to my new one. I noticed it right away on the receipt, but again you can't talk to a live person so there wasn't any way to correct it.

  Upon receipt the plastic clip was completely broken on one side. This obviously would not work and the value as well as quality was completely lacking as there was clearly not a quality check prior to shipping.
