    Communication, shipment time, and packaging were all excellent, and I’m glad the seller used FedEx because it’s more reliable in my area than usps. Despite being an out of print puzzle, it arrived looking brand new and still had shrink wrap, so everything was as described. The value was also excellent: other sellers had the same puzzle listed at nearly double the price of this one. Overall great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

    The seller to great care to ship the bag, which looked brand new, as described, and was in what looked like original cellophane wrapping. There was great communication from the time I purchased though shipping and receiving the bag. Positive experience from start to finish.

    The seller sent me the size I wanted as a custom option and shipped it immediately. Nicely packaged in a padded envelope and folded perfectly. The outfit was authentic and just as described. A bit pricey, including shipping, but I needed to replace a loved outfit that was stained.

    Wonderful seller. I bought some used Sanrio items and they have been kept very well, some of them are still new and have never been used. I was very happy with my purchase, because they were packaged with double plastic envelope to prevent shipping damage. Everything arrived in mint condition in only two days, because the seller ship with FedEx. Seller rating: A10+
