勝手屋 (Katte-ya) is run by a couple living in Kanagawa Prefecture.
Katte-ya has two meanings.
勝手屋(Katte-ya) means a store that is free and easy,
and 買ってや(Katteya) means "please buy" in the Osaka dialect.
We gave this name to the store in the hope that people will freely enter the store and buy what they like.

    The appearance of the armor was very impressive and was described exactly. I was thrilled to see such detail and care when packaged. The seller assisted above and beyond when shipping the item to me when it was delayed by customs and FedEx. Even with the short delay the armor arrived very quickly.     Very happy with this product. Shipping wasn't very long since it came from across the world in japan. Packaging was great, no damage. Product was exactly as described and would buy again. No tariffs and a great value for what I paid for. Honestly really happy.

Die Rüstung schmückt jetzt mein Büro zusammen mit anderen antiken Objekten der japanischen Samurai-Kultur.
