  This seller went above & beyond good service. She was out of town when I placed the order but she forgot to put in a delay in shipping. She messaged me & told me the situation. I mentioned I was disappointed that with the delay of a delivery date & then the wait for ground service. She immediately messaged me & had someone who was available & sent it express. I appreciated that attention. It was wonderful to get it the day it would have shipped upon her return home. Fantastic seller.
