  Very well packaged. I always worry about glass/ceramics but no need to have a concern with this seller. The shipping was great with the package arriving quickly. The cup arrived in perfect condition and looks brand new. It’s a discontinued item so finding one in such perfect condition is extraordinary. Honestly, it was better than described and was a great value. Will buy from this seller again.

  Great price and very great customer service. There was a complication with my order where FedEx failed to update the tracking. When I contacted the seller, they were not only quick to respond, but they also provided great service as we awaited delivery updates. My partner has been searching for this item since we lost one a few months back, so this was a great gift I was able to provide for his birthday. 10/10 for experience and quality of product.

  Dishes came in very good condition. The shipping was not great left package in the middle of our driveway approximately 30 feet from the garage/house. I could have run over it. In addition, the package was dented on all sides. Very surprised that dishes were in good shape! Thanks for sending, Linda
