  I initially hesitated to order from this store because of the typo in the description of the item (“Flush” instead of “Plush”) but decided to go ahead because of the return policy. The Elsa doll was new, with original tags, in perfect condition, just like the photos. It was packaged appropriately and arrived promptly. The price was reasonable and I have no complaints.
