    Brand new, as advertised.very poor communication,even after explaining was still shipped to wrong address. I live remotely and have a mail box over a mile from my house that USPS delivers our mail to, company shipped to street address NOT our mailing address luckily I had another package that was addressed correctly and both were delivered to my mail box.I won’t be doing business with them again!

    I appreciate the refund. Finally received item (shipped from Illinois, not Houston as listed on website) a week after the event I needed it for. Late delivery was post office s fault. Neutral review is due to ebay & seller insisting on a review of the item I had never received. (Don t ask for one the same day you send an email saying the shipment is delayed.) Please don t mislead customers with wrong ship from location. Item was as described. Issue was resolved with refund.

Might want to rethink using the post office for delivery? Please don't mislead customers with wrong "ship from" location.
