  Thank you so much for the fabulous bracelet, it was exactly as described and so easy to order. My daughter loved them and it was perfect for her to commemorate all her travels. To be honest I was sceptical that the delivery timeframes would be met but they actually arrived early even through international shipping. I appreciate answering all my questions promptly and clearly too. 10/10 would recommend.

  Charms were as described. When I received a flag that was worn and I couldn't make out the details, I emailed them and they sent a replacement flag (charm) that wasn't worn. Besides that one worn charm, I've never had a problem with this seller, and when I did, it was remedied immediately. I'm a very happy repeat customer!
