    The item arrived exactly as described, and was exactly what I was looking to add to my RES Turtle enclosure. Although very fragile, the item arrived in perfect condition, and was packed incredibly well! The cost of the item was unmatchable buy other vendors as well. Others were selling the exact same item for almost double the cost of this one. I’m very glad I found this seller, because it motivated me to buy this piece I wouldn’t have bought otherwise !

    Was informed that picture was incorrect of the amount of product to be sold and did offer a refund. Did not take up the refund as needed the filters that were sent. Seller has since changed the add to correctly show the amount.

    have been buying from this seller for awhile now and always takes a very long time before they ship the product. they claim my last order was lost in shipping yet the shipper does not show it was received. either it was never shipped or was stolen by someone. my order WAS fully refunded and I found the same item cheaper and the order arrived from the other seller.
