I did have one issue, a week into having it, it stopped working, but it just needed a new BIOS battery, which is a simple and cheap fix, one that all computers need from time to time. But before I figured out the problem, the sellers had fantastic and kind communication and showed me how to reset the computer if needed and discussed return options with me if needed, great product, great seller!

I received a return label and a refund was posted to my account quickly. I attempted to purchase another unit at the same price I paid for the original but it didn't happen. I will just need to wait for another sale or ebay special. I was really disappointed the unit failed. It looks like a good laptop...
