  I wanted to buy this electric motor for parts. However, after the order, I read the seller description of the problems of his motor, and it turned out that my RM781 had shown the same problem. So I contacted the seller, requested an order cancellation, and the seller did allow the cancel. This seller has shown great consideration toward a buyer need, and I would order other items from this seller without fear of not being able to cancel if I made on order not realizing that it is a mistake.

  Great packaging & quick shipment. Product as described. However, having dimensions would have prevented return when item didn’t fit- was 3” short for our model. We do appreciate finding Craftsman parts! Return process was very efficient with great communication. Would definitely purchase from this seller again. Outstanding customer service!
