  The package arrived two days later than the original advert states it would which was annoying as this was the main reason for initially purchasing from this seller but I assume this is the fault of the courier more than the seller. The package arrived well wrapped and undamaged. Communication was ok although I was mainly using the courier tracking site.

  Although this item arrived in the wrong colour the seller was easily contacted & responded quickly. It was excellent value for money and the seller kindly gave me a small refund off of the initial price for the inconvenience. It was of excellent quality, was nicely packed but the box was badly damaged in transit.

  The Sprayer arrived well packaged, in good condition and time. Unfortunately, it was faulty and had a chat with the very pleasant seller about the problem.. He advised on how to request a refund via eBay which I have since received. Thank you
