  I was completely cheated by the seller regarding the information and facts about the product.The product received didn't match the information and pictures shown on e-bay. The product that I received was either open box or refurbished, while it was supposed to be brand new. Furhermore, it took the seller 3 days to send me the return label and when I questioned the seller for the reason of the delay I didn't get any response. The actual refund was issued to me only after 3 weeks.

  Love these, thank you for offering this hard to find / retired scent (bamboo) at such a good price. It's our favorite, but some sellers will price gouge just because it's a discontinued item, making it way too expensive. So I truly appreciate this seller for their fair and reasonable practices. Just as described, well packaged, fast ship, and I would gladly purchase from this seller again.

  The item was wrapped safely, and the discs came in good condition; no scratches, all functional. The DVD box had a few light scuff marks on the outside, but this is of no concern to me whatsoever. Good experience, I would definitely trust this seller.
