    Packaging was great; product was shipped extremely quickly and arrived a few days before expected. Product was as described (new). Great value for my money as the company who produces the item had it listed for much higher of a price so I appreciate the seller. Thank you so much, the item is amazing; just what I was expecting

    10/10 recommend it came exactly how is said in the description, it also was really well packaged it came with a extra box just to make sure there was no damage, and for shipping it was not bad also it took 9 days to get to me but it was worth it, again recommend buying from here !!

    Came in a bit more banged up than pictured but they had honored my request for extra padding so not sure where along the line it happened. Well packaged with no rattling discs, at least, unlike those the store named after the big river that likes to ship discs in flimsy envelopes. Thanks for the Dragon Fist 4K Blu-ray!

    My Staub cast iron pot was received quickly. The packaging wasn’t as protective as needed for the long journey, so unfortunately, the pot was damaged in transit. After contacting the seller they were quick to offer a refund and to pay for return shipping. We came up with a solution that worked for both of us and I’m completely satisfied with my purchase and interaction with them. I would purchase from this seller in the future because they guarantee their items.
