    Not as described however we are able to resolve the differences, the shipping was prompt without delay well packed and provided value for the money, reasonable seller with prompt response when you made him offer that's features most sellers don't have they tend to ignore you. Nice one by the way

    Working with this seller was a positive experience. They had a porcelain replacement part that I need for a project I am working on. Unfortunately it arrived damaged. However, the business refunded me fully, and didn’t require me to send it back. (I provided pictures of the damage.) This saved me repackaging and the hassle of taking it back to FedEx. I’m still on the hunt for the part I need, but they are pleasant to work with.

    From the seller's door to my door in fabulous condition. Appreciate the rapid shipping and the well wrapped article. It was a great price for a brand that is harder to find now. It was a new item as well described.

    The machine was shipped quickly and came looking clean and well packaged, however it did not work at first and was clogged with minerals in which I had to buy a descaling solution for in to run correctly. The problem is that the seller never specified this issue. Regardless, it now works good and the seller did a good job preparing and shipping it. Now that it works, it is pretty good value, but it would have been better if I was aware of the issue beforehand.
