The item arrived on time and as advertised and I was super pleased. After using it a couple of times I notice an issue with the charging cord. I messaged the company and got an immediate phone call. Once the issue was understood, a new part was on it's way. You can tell a lot more about a company when something goes wrong then when it goes right. These guys are remarkable.
