  Seller did an excellent job in assisting me with the clock. Unfortunately, Fed Ex apparently dropped the package and a crack was in the wood frame when it arrived. However, JunkManGeorge gave me instructions on how to fix the crack. He was very helpful and took the time to communicate with me, which I very much appreciated.
