  The seller was awesome. The item had an incorrect address on the shipping label, and when I discovered it was stuck in a nearby PO and about to be sent back, I contacted the seller. Within hours he had another one boxed up and shipped to me, even before the original one made it back to him. That is what I call service!!!! BTW, the item as as described, new and in perfect condition. The packaging was top notch. Good job!

  Extremely happy with purchase. The ad for the Chicago South Shore passenger car shell described the piece very well, and the pictures were extremely helpful to show the condition. I appreciate the combined shipping for the shells, and each was carefully wrapped and packaged very well in the shipping box. Fast shipping, and great communication.   Shipping was quick and the engine looks Awesome, even better than pictured. Excellent value and Really appreciate it. Only issue which did NOT affect the item (so carefully packaged) was the delivery service. Cardboard box was damaged as if it was dropped hard. So hard that the Lionel box itself which was inside the box was also punctured in several places. I’m unable to run it till next week, but preliminary looks of the engine - looks Great! Styrofoam did its job.
