    I purchased this item and I was very excited in receiving it. After five days I noticed I did not receive any updates from the seller on the delivery date. I did reach out to them and they said it would be in the mail that day. That was a lie. I waited two more days and I was worried that this was a scam and alerted eBay. Very disappointed in this seller that there was no communication or apology.

    I found the same vest from another seller for same price however free $9.00 delivery. I contacted current seller the morning of shipping to match and said to late it shipped. Did not offer to refund or adjust cost. I could have returned and purchased from other seller? Not my style and believe in integrity!
