    Very good experience overall. The seller packaged the order securely and included a free wired keyboard and mouse, which was a nice touch. The system arrived looking clean inside and out, exactly as described, and the cosmetic condition was good for a used unit. The computer, with keyboard, monitor, mouse and connecting cables were shipped promptly with tracking and arrived with no problems in a very well-packaged box and as described by seller. The computer runs flawlessly and will be a great gaming computer for me. I'm 100% satisfied with my order. Solid Ebay seller.

    Product was of good quality but arrived having been damaged in transit, but the seller was insanely helpful to work with and provided instructions to try to fix it before completing an exchange. The replacement unit came in perfect condition, and it was a very seamless and pleasant process to work with the seller. Definitely recommend.
